1. Deposits

Successful deposits credit your PlayBets365 wallet and are generally non-refundable once funds are available for play. If a deposit fails or is duplicated due to a technical error, contact Support with transaction details so we can investigate with the payment provider.

2. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may require identity / payment verification (KYC) before release.
• Processing times depend on the payment method and compliance checks.
• We may delay or refuse withdrawals that appear linked to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity.

3. Gameplay & disputed bets

Completed game rounds settled by the game provider are final. If you believe a settlement error occurred, open a Support Chat or ticket promptly with the round ID / time.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
